As a gymnast, coach, and group fitness leader, fitness has been a love and way of life. Charlotte is AFAA certified to teach group fitness and has certified in yoga and Pilates on the ball, perinatal fitness, Barre Vite, and Piloxing. She taught a variety of group fitness classes until moving to St. Kitts where she started her own YouTube channel, "JFY Fitness," as a hobby. She is the founder of CUT IT and hopes to create her own certification brand in the future.

Charlotte graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Movement Science and loved being an Aggie so much that she stayed to complete her master’s degree in Corporate Wellness. Charlotte believes that everyone can find happiness and vitality if given the right tools and is excited to work with Zemi Wellness to give people that chance.

“I’ve never known anyone who didn’t want to feel good. Wellness is for everyone and everyone can be well. It just takes fun fitness, good food, and a little motivation.”

Ann Treacy

Ann is a certified Holistic Health Coach and a Functional Nutrition Consultant.  Ann’s own health issues were the driving force behind her studies in nutrition and lifestyle behavior modifications. Through changing her own eating and lifestyle habits, she realized just how powerful food and exercise can be with relieving many chronic illnesses.

It is through kindness, empathy and partnership that Ann helps to empower each client to make the necessary changes to achieve sustainable results with better health.

Ann takes each client’s individual needs and circumstances into account when it comes to learning what health journey will best help them achieve the results they desire.  A modality that works to not just support, but educate clients in what’s going on in their body, while making unique targeted diet and lifestyle modifications.

Ann continually works on making the complicated, simple.  Her desire to help others see the interconnectedness of one’s daily habits with the outcome of how they feel.

The wellness wheel goes beyond just food. Her protocols also include learning to improve sleep habits, exercise, and relaxation techniques. Her psychology and life coaching background enable her clients to see how emotions, culture and environment also play a big role in one’s overall health and the ability to make changes.

Ann hopes that, with her expertise and support, each client walks away feeling inspired to take the actionable steps to transform their health.

“Transformation happens when you make the complicated simple and you make health personal.”
